Project Description

The initial project involved the amalgamation of three buildings on Bond Street including façade retention and full reconstruction to create a UK flagship store for the Victoria’s Secret and Pink brands.  Further works phases included the extension of the store into the adjacent property along Bond Street to further increase retail area and a conversion of the Second floor from stock and offices into additional retail space.

EEP provided complete design of the full MEP and Lift services.
