EEP is led by three directors, each deeply involved in project delivery and management, bringing a combined 80+ years of experience. Many employees have been with the company for over a decade, ensuring continuity and deep institutional knowledge. The team includes members registered with CIBSE, ASHRAE, IHEEM, and IET, and the company is a member of BSRIA.
Joined the Practice in 1984
During a career in building engineering spanning over thirty years in Contracting and Consultancy, has developed a wide ranging expertise for mechanical engineering. Extensive experience in traditional full duties projects and D&B. Has particular experience of fast track retail and office fit-out projects and undertaking condition reports for Building Services.
Neil joined the Practice in 2004 and brings extensive experience in building services engineering. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with clients and design teams from concept through to project delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes at every stage. With a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Systems, Neil has a strong commitment to low-energy, sustainable design solutions. He is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with a proven track record across a wide range of building sectors.
