Project Description

The project involved the building of a new 4 star Holiday Inn with EEP providing the performance design of all MEP services.

The hotel is built over 7 floors and includes; 174 rooms, 2 restaurants, spa and leisure facilities (with indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room), and an undergound carpark.
