COMO Metropolitan Hotel London
Client : COMOJO (UK) Ltd Architect Forme UK Project Description The project involved the refurbishment of all of the Bedroom suites within the Hotel integrating new IT and AV systems and touch screen room controls and new power and lighting systems. The works were undertaken on a phased floor by floor basis to ensure operation of the Hotel continued during the implementation of the works. These works followed many years of working on upgrades to parts of the building including main services infrastructure Bar and Restaurant refurbishments.
Holiday Inn, Winnersh Triangle
Client: Meridian Leisure Hotels Architect JSA Architects Interior Designer ADS Design Project Description The project involved the building of a new 4 star Holiday Inn with EEP providing the performance design of all MEP services. The hotel is built over 7 floors and includes; 174 rooms, 2 restaurants, spa and leisure facilities (with indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam room), and an undergound carpark.

Client : The Office Group Properties Limited Architect Universal Design Studio Project Description Full Electrical and Public Health services for office Category B fit-out together with Category B fit-out for the Mechanical services having influenced the Category A design to ensure compatibility with the scheme for The Office Group. Works undertaken over fourfloors of a building facing on to Notting Hill Gate. Comfort cooling based on an exposed Daikin VRV system with ceiling mounted ducted fan coil units and central air-handling unit is providing ventilation. Lighting provided using linear LED fittings in offices and feature lighting to break-out areas meeting rooms, corridors and tea points.

Works included Cat A lighting installations and full Cat B services installations including Café and Bar area on 13th Floor with panoramic views. Comfort cooling based on a concealed Daikin VRV system with floor standing fan coil units and VAM units proving ventilation. Lighting provided using linear LED fittings in offices and feature lighting to break-out areas meeting rooms, corridors and tea points.
