The practice has been founded on the operational philosophy of extensive Director level involvement in all projects that we undertake. By continued effective deployment of our five Directors and five Associate Directors we believe this philosophy is well established. This philosophy is enhanced by the desire to maintain a continuity of engineering staff on each project from conception to completion and, where appropriate, to involve the same staff on future follow-on projects. We are able to achieve this by maintaining a continuity of staff, many of which have been employed by the practice for ten years or more.

Our proposals for the services design rely upon the philosophy of achieving safe and functional engineering. We promote solutions which are unobtrusive yet complement the successful operation of the building and are aesthetically cohesive with the total building form. Our aim is that the services must be economic in their use of energy and be easily maintainable. |
